VOLTTECH / QUOTATIONS
Quote Terms
What it means to receive, review and accept a formal VoltTech quotation.
Validity and estimates
A formal quotation is valid until the date shown and remains subject to its recorded scope, stock and conditions. PC Builder and Signal Scan figures are estimates and do not become formal quotations merely because they are displayed online.
Acceptance
When a logged-in customer accepts a quotation, VoltTech records that approval against the customer's account. Acceptance approves the quoted scope and displayed total; it does not authorise unrelated additional chargeable work.
Revised scope
If further chargeable work becomes necessary, VoltTech should disclose the additional estimated charge and obtain further recorded approval before proceeding where required. A revised or additional quotation may be issued so the changed scope remains clear.
Documents and payment
A printable quotation is available in the customer account. Acceptance of a quotation is not proof of payment: invoice, payment and receipt records remain separate documents.
Consumer rights
These quotation terms do not remove statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These pages provide customer-facing information about VoltTech's current processes and policies. Applicable South African law prevails where a statutory right or obligation cannot lawfully be excluded or changed by policy wording.
